Same thing happens when defence brings in ...

- other members will need to know the offence (ie: Disobey stop sign fail to stop, red light fail to stop, fail to stop for police, disobey sign)
so advise of act and section number
- if at intersection require road names

Re: Conviction HTA 32-9 with G-2 Licence
So the appeal and subsquent guilty plea do not over ride the original conviction? I do not fully understand.
Ah, ok, understand a lot better now.
I can not find the proper area for your answer at the moment, but thinking there should be something written similiar to this below.....
Demerit point (HTA OREG 339/94)

Re: Another 144(18)
Came to a full stop at the intersection in the left turn lane, the light turned green and I pulled forward into the intersection and stopped to wait for a clearing to turn left.
A van to my left actually turned left, what I assumed was jumping the green, and I saw the officer proceed into the intersection.

Re: Careless Driving - with 3-Day Suspension alcohol warning
You only have one offence which is the "careless driving".
The 3 day warn is not a charge. It is an administrative drivers licence suspension for 3 full days from the time of the stop. That is why your vehicle was towed from the highway.

Yes, the defendant should say exactly what happened: "Crown attempted to give me disclosure this morning." No argument there.
Respectfully, though, I'd say that the defendant needs to make a case that the adjournment was caused by the Crown, not him. .

That was a HUGE break saving: 7 day impoundment fees, tow fees, 7 day suspended licence, 6 demerit points, fine starting at $2000
Instead lowered to 49 over: $359.00 and 4 points
Might want to read this thread: http://www.ontariohighwaytrafficact.com/topic1393.html

Re: 22 km over (72 in 50 zone)
Yes. Disclosure, motions, etc., are preliminary matters and must be dealt with before the trial starts. Show up early, check in with the Prosecutor. Do NOT accept the disclosure package if they have it and want to give it to you before trial. Tell them that you are going to have to speak to the JP first. Instead, when the trial is about to start ...
