It is not an "appeal". You are simply challenging the ticket itself. So you should read the "trial option" and follow those instructions. Offence notices vary on the back as to how to go about this, so read carefully. Some are mail in, some must appear in person.
If you select the trial, it will be in the court jurisdiction of where the offence ...

Re: Help with driving while disqualified charge
How can I be disqualified when I in fact at the time of the offence and currently hold a valid license of a higher class then the officer who nailed me probably has?
What class of licence means absolutely nothing.
Here is info from the MTO site......

What you say at roadside (ie I was going 124) can only be used in a "voir dire". I have yet to see that used in any speeding trial, not that it could not.
Personally, if someone admits to the speed I give them a break. If they less than forthwith with the truth, they do not receive a break.

Most times I do not know exactly where the next cruiser is so I would stop someone that has their lights flashing and inquire the reason for the flashing lights. This is to check the mechanical fitness of the vehicle. Would not want a short in the wiring to start a fire or the vehicle to have intermittent lights once night came.

I know people flash lights but does not make sense what so ever.
Most often the "traps" are in areas where there is a high number of collisions, high number of fatalities, residential and school zones. Flashing someone lets them slow down and not get a ticket....so what's wrong with that? I would ask back, your family and your neighbourhood and ...

The whole plane idea is based from the OHIO State Police program
We are trained by our own members. One pilot and the observer in ours. Think it is a lot easier for the observer to write notes of an offence rather than a solo pilot, unless theirs is all digitally voice recorded *thumbs up*

Not using VASCAR either....that is a way to measure speeds of vehicles while on the ground, mostly in the USA.

That would be awesome.
I have been to the Chrysler Proving grounds and Grattan Speedway, both in Michigan.
Would be nice to have open area like those to actually test vehicles. Not just a straight runway...every car hopefully can go straight, but good curves, hills, speed bumps for suspension testing as well

If that is the case...and one can not see properly to stay within a marked lane......there is a problem......slow the *beep* down.
