Re: Advice yellow plate cover ticket

A good crown (like ours) gets personal photos tossed from defence all the time.Radar Identified wrote:. If no, then take a photograph with a time-date stamp on it, do some measurements to back it up, etc. what it's worth. Some other members may have additional or better advice.

Time = would be the time on the offence notice
Where: would be the location on the offence notice.
The plane does whatever it does, radios to a cruiser on the very next ramp maintain commmunication (plane/cruiser) until the target vehicle is stopped.

Re: Police Notes
If disclosure is requested, I think the notes should be typedst of you guys. up and the short forms and code expanded to something meaningful. .
I completely disagree with typing of notes. If the words or codes are legible, no need to waste more time and cut down trees. I also toss in a short form code sheet with my notes....so if the person ...

Only way I will vote for him is IF photo radar is back.
Will drivers abide by 110km? or do the usual I can get away with 20over and now drive 130? or will they remain at 119ish?
I know the local council here raised some rural roads from 80km - 90km this spring. However the local police have taken a zero tolerance policy in these areas. I travel ...

Re: Failure to surrender insurance
Is there any way to fight this?
Are officers suppose to give you a certain amount of time to produce your stub?
Must surrender a valid insurance card upon demand. And that is when asked to surrender, not after the officer goes back to cruiser and returns to the car.
There is no such thing as 24hrs to produce.....just an urban legend....or was ...

So lets say your on the highway going 125 and someone butts infront of you at 105.
What are you to do????.
You slow down and then have to drive a speed that someone else is comfortable with. However, IMHO this is now a unsafe lane change if you had to immediately hit your brakes to avoid a collision.

I completely understand that.
