Re: HTA 144(18) - Right turn where road ended (T intersectio
I turned right on a red light at a T intersection. I thought I was going to make the amber, which I didn't . Light turned red as I started making the turn. Considering the road was wet, visibility was perfect, and there were no cars or pedestrians about to enter the intersection, I deemed it safest to proceed with the turn rather than to slam my ...

Re: Please help find who's fault is this (dash cam video)
If they pay more attention to the video, it is possible to determine that the other vehicle entered the intersection on the yellow light from stopped position. http://i60.tinypic.com/w9hdfa.jpg
It certainly isn't possible to determine the other vehicle was stopped behind the line while the light was yellow. You have a single frame shot where the ...

Contact your insurance agent. When you trade in a vehicle, some providers will extend your coverage to the new vehicle for a limited amount of days automatically.

They can charge you up to 6 months later. As for your other questions, I have a feeling there's a lot missing from this story.visionsx wrote:How can the cop charge me after 3 months?

Re: Parking ticket for no reason?
There was no 'no parking sign' anywhere that I parked and there were cars behind me.
There's a no parking sign in front of you and also behind you which you passed which indicated no parking ahead. There's also a zone dedicated to couriers behind you. The sign doesn't need to hover over your vehicle. You'd have to look up the bylaws, but I ...

Re: HELP: OPTION 2 - Red Light Camera Ticket
Hi there, the same thing happened to me except i was going way over the speed limit. I'm just curious what the result was and if you could share your experience to assist me. Was it worth fighting the ticket? What advice can you give me as I just received this ticket in the mail.
Thanks,

Now my question is am I allowed to ask for any early resolution for the obstruction ticket while asking for trial for the speeding ticket?
You can't have your cake and eat it too. The reason they'd consider dropping one for the other revolves around you pleading guilty. It's a bargaining chip and you don't want to bargain. It's give and take but ...

Agreed with the others.
No state or province will allow you to hold 2 separate drivers license.
There's a reciprocal agreement that will allow you to exchange your license for another state or province. In most cases, it will allow you to exchange your license without going through classes or mandatory wait times. They will NOT do exchanges with ...

No. If someone is traveling straight they aren't obligated to do anything based on their own signals. You have to assume they are going to continue whether there's a signal or not. The onus is on you to make a turn only when it is safe to do so.TimmyOne wrote:wouldnt a right signal light have obligated a right turn at the fist intersection?

Re: Red Light camera Company Car
Whomever owns the plates, gets the ticket.
If you don't pay, you can't renew your plates. That's it.
Red light camera tickets have no impact on your license or insurance, even if it was addressed directed to you personally.

My mistake. Stanton is correct. I assumed he had given you a ticket for going though the red.

Re: HTA 144(10) - need advice for 1st time in court
I was stopped and ticketed for turning right at a red light without coming to a full stop. It was a 3 way intersection (T shaped) , with no cars in or near the intersection. Upon approaching the intersection I could see that there were no pedestrians or vehicles both ways, I performed a rolling stop and proceeded to turn as there was literally no ...
