Free legal clinics for traffic tickets...I have no idea. But there is a form at the bottom for a free quote by our sponsored traffic ticket agency. Might not hurt to get a quote. Sounds like the 11b was filed before the time period allowed?

If you are asked what you are doing here etc...if you got nothing to hide why worry? Cops are just looking out for the safety of the public. Ever think maybe just maybe they might be doing their job?

Re: What might happen to my parents' insurance?

Im kinda lost. So the person you hit some years ago never filed a claim with you and now you want to tell them because your worried their car is going to rust or break down soon? If its been some years ...why not just move on?

I admire the good samaritan stuff, but like thats something you should have done right away. like why wait "some years" to ...

Re: 69 in a 50 - reduced to 60 in a 60?? - fatal error?

If you have been ticket free for over 10 years, then its a good chance your insurance company wont need to run your abstract and check it... If you stay with them they may not even ever know you got a traffic ticket and your rates wont rise.... Insurance companys don't run your abstract everytime you renew, because it costs them money. This is ...

Re: Handicap parking ticket - Need some advice!

Im not 100% sure but did the place have a handi cap parking sign posted, or was it just printed on the road..I think if it was just printed on the road it doesnt count...but if there was a sign, then your most likey not getting out of this one...

Best route might be to go see Prosecutor and ask for a plea. There are no points.

Re: So, Traffic Officers DO have quotas for tickets?

As I don't agree with the quota concept and its weird how its being thrown out there by the media all the time, I think that if cops Don't have a Quota system they may not enforce the traffic laws diligently? Meaning could it be that its more meant to push them to work harder?

I hear you. I drive back and forth every day from work now and its aggressive, ppl tailgating me in 90 zones, so they can get home like what 5 minutes quicker?

But Salut to you for having a no accident driving experience in your 40 years of driving!

We need more smart and patient drivers, everyone drives so aggressive now.

Note the time, check your phone records, most give each call you made and show the time...simply take that to the prosecutor and show you were not making any calls at that time.

Your personal beliefs do not matter here. Your idea of a proficiency test does not exist, you take a Drivers test or exam to learn how to drive a vehcile on Canadian Roads and under the OHTA!

Re: new car impound law

Its not a form of enslavement or anything. If you want access to the road you need a Licence! If you want to drive a car around you gotta get plates! Not a huge conspiracy here, its not the federal reserve lol!

And yes there should be a registration system for all cars/automobiles that will be driven on Canadian roads, because this is called ...

Also, in that regards you should really know what your doing too. If your just going to go to trial without any solid background defense strategy, you will lose and be convicted for the max in court. It maybe better to just hire a Paralegal, if you arent sure about what you are doing.
