Re: Half way stopped for school bus :(
There could be a possibility if you ran the red stop sign...but if a school bus is just stopped without that stop sign sticking out you are not required to stop.

Re: (Photo Radar) Bill 65-Safer School Zones Act
After once reading people are charged with racing and stunt driving in school zones, it is a good welcome to me since I live around school myself.

Re: (Photo Radar) Bill 65-Safer School Zones Act
Is this related to the new lower school zone speeds I am seeing around such as 30km/h instead of 40km/h?

Re: Incorrect Set Fine, but correct Total Fine - Fatal?
Great thanks Radar!
I plan to ignore the ticket. hopefully the JP will squash it, otherwise i gotta go through the appeal process correct?
Do I wait for a letter in the mail before I can start the appeal if they still convicted me?
Thanks again

Incorrect Set Fine, but correct Total Fine - Fatal?
Sooo, yea I sped and got a ticket! My first I think in 10 years!!
Anyways, I noticed my Set Fine amount is Incorrect! But my Total Payable fine is Correct.
Would I be able to use the Fatal error, London v. Young method?
Thanks

IMO you should have lost your license for life for using your car as a weapon.
You should also have been charged with dangerous driving which is criminal.
