I agree with iFly.
Several of the items you requested are not likely to be disclosed.
1- A transcipt of a recording will not be provided. A copy of the recording will however, if one exists.
2- There's no such thing as a calibration log. You're probably wanting the testing times for the device. If you're looking for a calibration certificate, it ...

Re: unpaid fine that WAS paid, expired license, now living i

Just so you're aware, fines for outstanding HTA offences must be paid for through the courts. The only fines that are paid through MTO (Service Ontario) are ones that need to be paid prior to renewing the validation sticker for the automobile. These are outstanding parking fines.
Sounds like the dealer may have simply paid off your parking tickets ...

Re: Multiple tickets including Red Light - Fail to Stop

You'll have to deal with them as a group, whichever option you choose. Likely the deal offered will be plea to the red light and the other two will be dropped. Or you take your chance at a trial for all three. The two document offences are very easy to prove at a trial though.

Re: Suspended license times three

You seriously need legal representation. The chances are pretty good that you will go to jail. And get a large fine. Your legal representative may be able to argue weekends if there is justification for it (employment)

Re: Issues with bent front License plate?

That wouldn't be legal:
12(1) Every person who,
(a) defaces or alters any number plate, evidence of validation or permit;
(b) uses or permits the use of a defaced or altered number plate, evidence of validation or permit;
(c) without the authority of the permit holder, removes a number plate from a motor vehicle or trailer;
(d) uses or permits the ...

He said he was done with this forum. Welcome back if you actually have a valid question.
"How about giving out tickets to people blocking intersections? tailgating? sitting at left turn signals texting? the real traffic problems in this city...not 10-20 over."
I do. All of the above. Every week.
Quota? Never had one. I can write as many as I want.

Re: dealership licence plate holders

Write away please! Most Provinces don't allow any tint on the windows to the sides of the driver. I'd love it if Ontario followed suit.

Re: dealership licence plate holders

You'd better read the article again. The use of the tint meter is simply as a guideline. Ontario law trumps any reading that may be on the meter. It's all situational and depends on the officers articulation. For example: If I can't see in and tell whether the person is wearing a seatbelt or may be on a phone , it's too dark. Including at night and ...

In simple terms:
You will be found guilty, a notice of conviction will be sent, then a notice if suspension will be issued and sent by mail.

1- Try opening a new thread for new questions.
2- This forum generally deals with issues for those charged under the HTA, I don't know how many here are familiar with the points structure for the driving test itself.

The lane that the Ram pickup is in is for turning right at Bath Road further up or right onto Golden Mile Road. The appropriate charge was laid in my opinion as you were turning left across traffic having the right of way.

Re: Question on Video evidence

You won't get the charge withdrawn if there is no video evidence. The officers testimony will be used and then you will have an opportunity to testify if you wish. The JP will make the decision based on who was the more credible witness.

Re: Disclosure Rules

A qualified operator doesn't just rely on the manual for training and use. They use a proper tracking history to eliminate or minimize all of those issues.
Regardless, any interference isn't additive to a target speed, it simply reduces range.
