Re: Interesting reading HTA 172

I'm not relying on the cases, I'm relying on what he Supreme Court said about law. Cops must be authorized by a valid law in order to do whatever it is they are doing. Wake up.

Please do not use case law in answers then, OR state why it affects the topic. That is why I stated what I did. When I read case law, I read into the situation and what ...

By no means am I a lawyer!
The poster certainly seems to know what he's talking about!

Any rational thoughts on this?

The law is unconstitutional for several reasons.

Section 172(5) requires an officer to have reasonable and probable grounds. This proves a hearing is ...

Re: Underglow

For cars, it is illegal to have emergency and police colors visible from the front (blue/red) from the rear, only yellow lighting is allowed surrounding your licence plate, and only red and amber for rear visible lights (no blue). I'm assuming it would be the same for the bikes as they all follow the same HTA.

When you are stationary and off a ...

Re: car-bicycle accident- fail to remain...

Driver's Handbook notes:

Motorcycles, bicycles, limited speed motorcycles and mopeds often need to pull to the right or right side of their lane to avoid dangerous road conditions or to be seen by other drivers. When turning right, signal and check your mirror and the blind spot to your right to make sure that you do not cut off a cyclist.

Notice of suspended license

A few answers would be appreciated :D

Much to my surprise I recieved notice of my license being suspended for default payment of a ticket $68.00 last week! (1st one in almost 6 years )
I paid the fine as soon as I recieved the notification of the suspension, then paid the $150.00 cash grab license reinstatement TAX, and waited 2 days before the ...

Or perhaps your just stirring the pot as it's available here also!
