I'm seeing more people challenging minimal offences, even thou they were given a significant break (saving money and points).


The money you save, you need it for the renewal of your insurance policy, as they don't even need a traffic ticket for justification for an increase on your premium!

You were 40 over the PSL another 10 over and you would have been classed as a "Street Racer" no car for 7 days!

I was pulled over on the lakeshore for speeding... 81 in a 60.... mind you i was just coming off the ramp fromt he gardiner so i didnt even have a chance to slow down yet... but thats not the issue here.. my dvd screen was up when the 'Officer of the Law' came to get my info.... the screen was on radio... so there was no moving images or anything ...

The ticket sucks,but it's your responsibilty to check to make sure your info is in order and up to date.

I support that police can stop you anytime and make sure your documents are in order,just think of all the drunks and thieves,drugs these stops get!

FANTINO did NOT create the law, he just supports it and is vocal about the law, that is it.
