I got pulled over today (August 9 2012) in Napanee Ontario. Was driving with an expired validation sticker. Officer gave me the ticket but put my birth month and day in the spot that was suppose to be date of my offense. He did right the correct year at 2012. Not only is this an error of the date but given the date he used my sticker was valid then. Would this not further help my case to squash/dismiss the ticket? What approach should I take?
