This ticket is contrary to HIGHWAY TRAFFIC ACT section 142(1) I was driving down the DVP on the passing lane and traffic was moving slower then the lane to my right (middle lane of 3 lane). I change to the middle lane drive past the slower traffic on the left lane. as I exited on to the Bloor exit it was then that I was pulled over for the traffic violation. This is my first time being charged with this infraction. Any advice on how to get a lenient charge or reduce it so I do not loose any demerit points.
