What do you guys think about this one? Fair? Wrong? Stupid?

I really dont get the dollar amount for 24 songs. Record companies should go after Youtube instead.

As of now thanks to Itunes you can buy 1 stupid song for $1. Did record companies and artists really lose $1.5 million?

More like they lost $24.

Its absurd!

The dollar amount is a message as to how serious the record companies see this. It's not one person doing it, it's the "what if everyone does it" thinking. Plus this is American so the amount is stupid high and will get changed later anyway.
