1. Why wouldn't you just start your own thread instead of posting a reply in a message from 4.5 years ago?
2. The circumstances you described, it sounds as though you failed to stop for the amber light.
3. bring your insurance and ownership documents to court and advised what happened, you'll possibly have them withdrawn or after trial.

Meet with the prosecutor and see what they have to offer. Good thing you didn't run over any kids.

Re: Disclosure: Incorrect weather conditions stated
1. It is a poor defence regardless because you are responsible to adjust your driving behaviour according to weather conditions. This means driving slow enough that you can see, and react to, all road signs and obey rules of the road.

If you read the back of the ticket, there is an option that says 'meet with prosecutor', so you can answer your own question.

1. the proper charge would be 'fail to have insurance card' C.A.I.A. 3(1) if you simply don't have proof. If you are insured, you will have to prove to the court's satisfaction that you the vehicle you were driving at the time was insured.
2. I have no idea about this charge.

Re: Disclosure Question
Clients,
I've investigated numerous traffic accidents. 95% of the time, as soon as I arrive and look at the position of the vehicles, the location of the damage, the debris on the roadway, skidmarks, and a VERY brief account of what happen (even a 10 second explanation), I can determine exactly what happened and who needs to be charged.

Re: FOUR Tickets!! Need Advice!!
If you read through the boards, the advice that is repeated time and time again is: apply for disclosure. See what evidence if any the officer has written against you. Decide from there.
in the meantime, file the ticket for trial.

1. Yes, we are sure the ticket is served to the registered owner in person.
2. We've answered all your questions, any further bones you have to pick with the law/courts can be taken up with your MP.

Re: Speeding ticket
I was driving my Dad's car which I felt was the reason I was getting stopped since two teenagers driving a 2013 S Class.
Or maybe it was because you were speeding.
NO! They were being HARASSED and PROFILED!!!
I'll tell you what, where I work, if you submit a ticket that has the year of 2012 written on the top, it'll be rejected ...
