Don't we already have a similar limiter installed on most cars? Limiting the speed to no more than ~170...

BTW, certain Japanese cars will play the funeral march at 170, though they aren't sold in Canada...

OF course! but "all over the road the odor of booze in the vechicle,breath,a wobbley pop walk!" all lead to the test... (Breathalyzer, lest you refuse, then the blood test, which you cannot refuse)

Yeah, some old-timers :lol: here can remember all the things even remotely related to your case, even if they do not provide anything of interest to you. However, with these facts (provided you did ask for the disclosure AND have the proof for it) here's roughly what you have to say in court.

Should I try to discredit the officer by saying something to the effect that she may need her eyes checked, as I am male and therefore if she was wrong about that could she be wrong about the rear window not affording a clear view? I'll have to be more tactful than that obviously.

Lol makes sense, she couldn't get the numbers right AND mistook ...

We all know that numerous police agencies around Ontario (and world for that matter) set up speed traps in inconspicuous locations to catch motorists who are speeding.
If you know of any speed traps that are in regular use please post them here for all to know and avoid speeding fines.
