Re: Emergency Vehicle and Intersection Rules??
Just by what you have told us, that EMS went to right of others, transports apparently didn't move, seems EMS had at least lights on, most likely sirens too as drivers would typically just don't sit there on a green light and check their mirrors, just doesn't make sense.....

make it mandatory for all manufacturers of vehicles to install a Bluetooth system from this point forward in all makes/models would be a good start, somehow include the device to rest/sit on a sensor built into an enclosed docking station to also prevent texting

Even though i was stunting , But because i did it on a public road it is more serious? And could be reckless ?!
you misunderstood Stanton.... Performing a Stunt with a motor vehicle is a more serious offence and your car could have been impounded for 7 days and a court date set a month or so away...instead you lucked out and the officer gave ...

Re: Motorcycle fork rake law
I cant remember seeing anything in regards to forks, however the handlebar height is in the act.
HTA OREG 611
schedule 6
3 (e) no part of the handlebar shall exceed a height of 380 millimetres (38cm) above the uppermost portion of the operators seat when the seat is depressed by the weight of the operator

Re: Unpaid Fine and License Suspension
call the court that deals with Provincial Offences Notice and ask them how much is outstanding for the fine, once that is paid you will have to go to MTO and pay a reinstatement fee with the MTO, somewhere in area of $150

no minimum distance for radar (easily obtain a reading in less than a second), radars are capable of obtaining readings from 2 or more vehicles, being within 75ft, most likely the truck in front is past the radar, therefore you are the solo vehicle

Re: Definition of "highway"
roadway is part of all highways, the area normally travelled by a vehicle. Highway in easier thinking is "fence line to fence line" (ditches etc) or in a town/city this usually encompasses all sidewalks to where property ownership starts by home owners and/or business. I am in areas such as you describe and common sense dictates that all the ...
