95% of the time radar is operated thru glass. The other 5% without glass would be on a motorcycle or nice day with a handheld.

We have had discussions at court, in the office, on here and a signature is all that is required, whether carbon or orginal signature.

I have been speaking up thru the channels to get it clarified...will advise when info known.

In these situations, manpower is critical to maintaning a blocked hwy, which of course usually is 1 car to block 2 lanes. Then you need another on the on-ramp....as sure as flies like poop, someone will go off do a uturn and come back on. Obviously not enough manpower on this date.
