Re: High-speed crash on Allen - your opinions, news.

Lack of driver skill and/or mechanical failure. It could also be argued that a lack of driver skill resulted in a speed too fast for the road.
Plus a wobbly pop or two.... drinking first then speed????

And for the time that that policy is in place, I would make damn sure my kitchen didn't catch fire.

What if your neighbour had the fire and the fire department knock down your house????

Re: 32 over reduced to 15 over

It still remains that in the GTA 130 is not a regular ticket, just cruising speed. There is one set of rules for all of Ontario, just different enforcement. And seeing as we are "taught", cough, cough, to do as others do on the road...there is no true answer....

Re: Speeding 106km/hr in a 80km/h zone

Hi,

I've requested a disclosure.

The officer wrote the time as PM instead of AM and it appears on the notice of trial as the same. So its wrong by a full 12 hours.

I was following another 2-3 cars which were ahead of me. I remember that because it took forever to pass a slower moving vehicle that had been ahead of us further back on highway ...

Re: Dumb dumb

There is NO reason to be 50 + over the speed limit.
150 over is just dumb, especially 400 and finch.

The funny thing about that map is that it marked out where the offender were from not where the offence took place, it's down in the comments.

Re: 32 over reduced to 15 over

I also wonder if all these radars show the direction in which the car whose speed is being measured is travelling in?
Officer selection
The other thing is the officer did lose me out of sight not for long but did lose me, I wonder if that would be a legitimate defence.
Possibly
