Re: very concerned
Only parking tickets affect the ability to renew a licence plate. The dealership would never had known that you had an outstanding fine under the HTA as they are paid at a local court.
The suspension of a drivers licence is a totally separate and distinct process. You need to go to your local court, pay the outstanding fine and then pay a $150 ...

You may also have to check where the stop sign is actually posted. If it's at an exit, it may be posted close enough to the highway to be on municipal property and therefore legal.

Driving suspensions need to always be confirmed with suspension control. Any that are 7 days after the notice is sent are "deemed served".

Not only the "system". Quite a few ther things as well. Most employers won't pay you while you're at court fighting a ticket.

You can't be convicted of both. It's the same when an impaired and a charge of over 80 are laid. If the Crown gets a conviction on one of them, they will withdraw the other. Which one they get a conviction on depends on the evidence. They may even have evidence for both.
Also keep in mind that the offence of speeding is an absolute liability ...

And if the officer has grounds to believe that you are not being forthcoming with your correct information, they'll arrest you and you'll be held until your identity can be established.

Just be aware that the case law cited is not binding on any other JP. I would agree with Stanton that unless there are more notes, there's no prospect off conviction for the offence.

If the system works the same way as other mobile report entry systems, you can go into any report that you make and modify it prior to it being sent.
Your password will only let this happen if it's your own report or statement. After its sent it becomes locked and can not be modified.
