Typically conditions on a licence are explained in plain English on the back. I believe the "N" condition refers to a requirement for the operator to have a hearing device, but it only applies out of the Province or out of the Country with commercial vehicles. I think if you require a hearing device to drive in Ontario it shows a condition "D".

If you are looking at Ministry documents which it looks like you are with the way you typed your question it's a G2 licence with no conditions or endorsements.

How is it everyone else's fault YOU comitted an offence?

Thanks everyone...this wasn't for me...checking up on someone who has been driving most of the time with no license for the last few years. He just never got caught. Not a friend of mine - in fact can't stand him. He is just really full of himself. He just got his G2 back and has no respect for the rules.......
