Do I Need To Order A Transcripts For Part 1 Offence?

by: myticket on

Hi I want to appeal against a conviction. I called the court office to order a transcripts and was told that for part 1 offence, there was no need to order transcripts.

I only have two days left for appeal, and still not sure how the appeal court will look at my case without transcript.

Can anyone have any idea please.

Wouldn't they get their own transcript to look at?

You order the transcripts when you file the appeal......

The appeal it's self usually has to do with the trial.....and to launch a full appeal you need the transcripts. You don't need the transcripts to file the appeal but you will need them later.

Hi Off_Camber

Congratulation, I just saw that you have won the appeal.

Can you explain me how the court looked at your appeal without transcript. Did they have their own transcript?

I sent my appeal form by mail. Now what should I do, just wait a response from the court?

Thanks
