My transcripts have been ready, but they're $100.

I've been looking to drop the appeal and just a couple weeks ago I went to the courthouse to do so. Problem was I had to drive to another city to do it so I put it off till I had the time.

I had no idea what they planned on charging me as no charge was ever mentioned. I'm just looking drop the whole thing and move on with my life. It's been a year and a half since I filed.

What happens with this balance should I decide to drop the appeal? Am I stuck with this balance now?
