Re: Court Doesn't agree to disclose the LIDAR electronic output or any calibration report

Re: My G2 was suspended for unpaid parking fine and expired shortly after. After paying fine will i have to start over g
Parking tickets are issued under Part II of the Provincial Offences Act and convictions are registered against the owner of the vehicle, not the person driving it, even if that is the same person. You need to look into this. Posting a copy of the suspensi… - 7 Replies

Re: My G2 was suspended for unpaid parking fine and expired shortly after. After paying fine will i have to start over g
Drivers licences aren’t suspended for unpaid parking tickets. They are suspended for unpaid provincial offences tickets. For unpaid parking tickets, you can’t renew the vehicle validation until they are paid. - 7 Replies

Re: How to respond to 2 traffic tickets: Disobey sign (182(2)) & Interfere with traffic (170(12))
Because these ticks s arise out of the same circumstances, it would be best to deal with them together. ie a not guilty plea to both, and perhaps the prosecutor will accept a guilty plea to one and withdraw the other. - 8 Replies
