That's pretty bad charge. It is these charges that skyrocket your future insurance rates, having your insurance canceled on the side. Any charge can be beaten. Post more details? Did the insurance company send you a notice that you were canceled?

1. Yes, this offense "awards" you 3 points. The tickets never tell the number of points.
2. You'll likely see it on your bill. Maybe extra $200 per year, for 3 years. However, ***SOME*** companies let the 1-st one like that slip.

Last Saturday, coming home from a club (friend's vehicle), DD driving us home. He got stopped 2 times in less than 50 feet for RIDE!!! That is insane!

I took a look at their battery charger packaging, and it looks exactly like the battery cell packaging. At first I thought it was just a larger "club pack" or something like that.

No, just argue stay due to incomplete disclosure. They are probably rubber-stamping all disclosure requests, and send out the same information to people.

How old is your son? How much does he weigh, and how tall is he? There are different regulations for different toddlers, based on age, height, and weight.
