You can post pictures online using photobucket (google that). It will even give you a proper BBcode to insert the picture properly.
You can definitely fight this ticket. Send the ticket in with Option 3 checked off, as well as "Officer present". After you receive a trial date (or before that), file for disclosure.

Re: Careless Driving
No, do not use inexperience. Inexperience + bad driving condition = Careless in eyes of JP.
You definitely want to fight this one. Careless for a G2 driver = double insurance (more or less). It is, however, the hardest one for the crown to prove. You might also consider the fact that there were no police at the scene of an accident to see what has ...

There is more to that... Did every police officer test the device? Was it the same cop that pulled you over manning the lidar at the time you were clocked? To ask proper questions I have to re-read the original thread. They are all there.

Did you get disclosure? Apply to have the case adjourned if you did not know about the disclosure.

Re: 86 in a 60 zone, court on Wednesday, requested disclosure
If LEO1 tagged you with a lidar, LEO2 flagged you down, and LEO3 wrote you a ticket, then all of them should be there and present. There is more to that. Is manual to the lidar provided? etc...

Re: Failing to provide drivers license
I was under the impression that you do not have to pull over right there and then if you cannot identify the police vehicle.
For example: you are driving alone in the middle of the night on an intercounty highway with no lights. Next thing you know a car in front lights up like a cherry XMas tree. No other indication that the car is a police car ...

Re: Failing to provide drivers license
I wouldn't want to give my license to an ununiformed LEO. Off duty means that. There are rules against that.
I really think that the charge was mis-laid.

Yeah, don't call them asking for disclosure. Fax or registered mail only (or dropping it off, but that's not the case).
You want to know what, when, where, and how, and maybe why you were stopped. You already know this, but you need to know what the crown "knows".
Go to www.ticketcombat.com to read up on this.

No, this is not necessary. You can represent someone provided you do not charge them a fee. Only a registered paralegal/lawyer can ask a fee.

The offense stays on your record for life though
*gulp*, for LIFE? Is there no way to request a pardon of some sort? Even a murder charge does not stay on for life!
It was a rolling stop on a red light ticket, allegedly ;) I really don't want this flaw on my record. I have no record of any sort and in fact only got my first ever ...

Re: 126 in a 80 zone
Option 3. Request disclosure, see the notes.
This is a hefty charge, your insurance rate will go up. Get in tough with a paralegal, what they charge to beat the ticket completely should be more than worth it compared to insurance increases.

This forum is the best book available on the topic of dealing with OHTA charges lol:) There are more ways of beating the charge than you think. Do you know that you have to request disclosure?
