Re: Electric Bike DUI Impoundment?
At least for the impound charges, you can try to call some impound lots for the price and press the owner on that.

I am not sure, but in this case I think that the actual court date will be determined at summons. Someone else may want to comment.

Wait, you had your 4-way flashers ON and the cop still pulled you over? Get disclosure.
Hi racer,
Thanks for your reply.
Cop didn't pull me over. I was looking for a place to pull over so I turned right onto that street with the 4-way flashers on, then he directed me to stop when he saw me.

Re: TPS bicycle registry
Oh, I read something a while ago that gave me the impression that CPIC didn't track bicycles
anything with stolen with a serial number can go on CPIC....even your old cassette walkman  8)
I guess I'd better register it then
Seriously, they advertise a protection service that costs money to place a sticker on a laptop so that the ...

Re: Drive While Under Suspension "Force Fatal Error"
Well, you don't have a ticket, you got Summons to go to court. Not sure how to force a fatal error on those. Not showing up for court can mean jail time, so you gotta be careful. How much time before the court date do you have? If it is more than 6 months, then you have more options, for example, the cop may not issue you another ticket or correct ...

Re: careless-why
Police like to slap people with careless, especially in accidents. From what I gather, you were travelling at around the speed limit when you saw the other vehicle make a left turn. Then you tried to go around that vehicle and went around him by veering left. There is nothing careless about that, you actually tried to avoid a collision . Send the ...

There is always a chance. Sometimes it is better to hire professional representation, thus increasing your chances of either getting rid of the ticket completely, or negotiating to a smaller offense that will not increase your insurance premiums. You can contact a paralegal by filling out the form at the bottom of the page.

The very 1-st thing to do in any case is to plead "not guilty". Once you do that, then you can file for disclosure. Once you see the disclosure, you can see what evidence they have against you.
If you decide to change your mind and plead guilty, you can always do that later.

Re: Passing Stopped Cars at a Crossover
11b is a stay application (stay means the proceeding are halted and no charges laid/convictions entered) due to unreasonable delay. In short, if your trial is over 1 year after the date of the offence, or you have been to court twice already with no conviction, you can file an 11b stay application to halt the proceedings.

By itself probably not. But go through the motions of the trial request anyways, you have nothing to lose.

From what I know, if you have no license, you have no rights on the road, plain and simple.

You should have a list of dates when you can come to your FA meeting. One of them should suit you.
