Really? I was under the impression that of the US states, only NY and Michigan reported the infraction to Ontario unless the driver didn't pay the ticket, because of this:.

So, what do you think I should do at the meeting with the prosecutor -- settle with canceling the "failing to show insurance card" ticket and plead guilty to the "failing to obey sign" ticket (I assume that's what prosecutor will want to do?) ... or go to court for both tickets?

How come we only care about the speed of transports.
They do way worse things such as unsecured loads, old tires that could burst, drivers that are sleepy swerving all over the road from being to tired. I have seen transports with debrey flying off them that could smash your wind sheild..
You don't see it but I do.....cars are equally to blame ...

I have had local police fly by me going well over 150. I had a friend one week going to a cottage who infact got tailgated by an OPP convey on hwy 400. They had a car, bikes, and a tahoe carrying a boat racing up behind everyone in the left lane.

Headlights must produce "white light only". Some appear blue, yellow etc, but once it hits the ground it still must be white,yellow.

So would it be fair to say that if the police car was accelerating, this could affect the reading by the unit?
More of my thought is that how can I compare my patrol speed (on radar) and my speedometer to ensure they are the same and that the change in acceleration isn't being added or deducted to a target vehicle.
