Your second one will get you a ticket EVERY time......and possibly any others that might normally have ...

Re: Fail to stop at stop sign-officers note
ahh, gotcha
so a reply, like "I'm not sure I did Officer, but if I did I do apologize"
as opposed to, "sorry I reserve the right not to incriminate myself and hereby only giving you my name and address"

Re: Fail to stop at stop sign-officers note
Hey there,
question: if an LEO, stopped a guy for same, and asked the same question; can you refuse to answer or as you have advised, or similar.
Could you not get done for obstruction?
IMPORTANT: At no time should your friend ever admit to disobeying the stop sign, to either the prosecutor or the officer. If they ask your friend this question ...

The 09/10 shouldnt even be counting on your license or as far as insurance is concerned (run a abstract and it will show this)
So you have 2, and if this one goes though 3; your insurance could have a problem with that.
Usually 2 minors, but hit 3 and they'll refuse your insurance on renewal.

>jsherk,
how are 3 people going to testify that the car was doing 65 or any speed for that point.
Wouldn't all 3 need to be looking at the speedo? That's not likly ? Is the driver at some point going to tel his passengers, hey guyz I'm doing 65 now in case anyone asks.
Not trying to be a smarta$$, but... seriously?

""From a radiation standpoint there has been no evidence that there is really any untoward effect from the use of this device [backscatter scanner], so I would not be concerned about it from a radiation dose standpoint – the issues of personal privacy are a different thing," he said. Re: First ticket EVER - Disobey No Left Turn Sign HTA 182(2)
early resolution, you are basically admitting guilt, you are just trying to negotiate a smaller fine
it's still a conviction and still goes on your record and still cause potential insurance issues.
but as Bend says unless you get a miracle, it's not going away,
Opting for trial, is an option, you could get lucky and you loose nothing, LEO's ...
