Re: Representation - reco's

thankxs iFly,

ok..
1> As it's convictions which count (on insurance) not demerits, how likly with a clean record will they go down to the next level of speeding as opposed to only removing the demerit points, which is just a waste of time?
OR are the demerit points linked to the specfic offense if that makes sense?

Apology

I got a mail from site Admin regarding one of my first posts.
That it was a rant. (although I still can't find the terms which show what I can and cant post)
Although I never usually read terms on forums, a lot of forums allow this to an extent.

However, I will abide by the rules of this forum and thank the Admin for advising me of my misdemeanor ...

Re: Representation - reco's

sorry couple of other questions

1> After the 15 days have expired, IF you change your mind can you still pay the fine?

2> Will Representation make your original charge worse? I know that sounds barmy, but in the UK challenging anything to do with the Police
usually means a bigger fine and more demerit points.

3> Is paralegel better or worse ...

Representation - reco's

Have heard a lot of good and bad things about various places, I also understand that x-copper, went bust/got bought out ?

Anyway, just your reco's and if it ...

Re: 60 km/h in a 50 km/h zone in Hamilton City, NEED YOUR HE

oh another point...

IF you DONT WANT the insurance company to increase your fees, here is a thought.

1> lay low and DONT contact your insurance. THEY will run a DMV on you IF they want, sometimes at re-newal, sometimes not.
IF they ASK YOU you must TELL them (only if you get convicted) but if they DONT ASK YOU , the nyou dont need to tell them ...

Re: 60 km/h in a 50 km/h zone in Hamilton City, NEED YOUR HE

Hi Timoc

in case of reiterating, I recently got a ticket so spent my whole weekend googling.

1> (insurace confirmed with me months ago b4 offence that) demerit point is not relevant, it's the conviction, HOWEVER, they come as minor, major and serious. IF you have only 1 minor, chances are your insurance company will let you off or at most load ...

ifly...
Thank you SOOO much for your prompt reply.

Thanks on the points confirmation, so really it's as you say the conviction and getting it down to the 3 demerit point bracket
Which may be concidered as a minor.

I'm also a bit pissed of becuase my car is a junker I was hoping to get rid of in the next few months and buy a new car.
I thought I ...

speeding 30-50 over on 401

Hello ,

A bit of advise.

I have no prior tickets (although I had a minor turning one over 3 years ago)
I got a HTA 128 for Speeding 144 in a 100

The OPP said that they had a car camera and when he came to the window he had a recording device which he advised me off.

I've been on antibiotics for a few days and I had bad cramps and I thought I ...
