it is very rare if not impossible for a car speedo to be out, ONLY if non standard wheel/tire's have been fitted.

All car speedo's are now digital (even if you have a needle), yes there is a tolerance, but that would only effect .5% of speedo's

If your needle is smack bang on the 100 you can bet your cotton socks your doing 100

some douche bag, cut me up, so I replied the courtesy, HE then proceeded to video my car while HE was driving on the 407,
(although all he got was me driving in front of him)

heard NOTHING. be happy to take that one to court LOL

Were they using a phone which had a camera..... where ..... they...... using ............a PHONE

* She may not have bruising, but still could have soft tissue injury or internal, spinal, or skeletal issues
* They may not be obvious now, but could be an issue in the future,

but either way, a minor conviction is still a minor conviction (as far as your insurance company is concerned

If your holding it, that's all that is required, doesn't matter where, stop light etc, if the engine is running and your on the road i.e not pulled over and properly/safely stopped.

I think each region does things differently, one in TO, met in a private cubicle, very quick one in Miss. in an open court again done quickly

My experience with early resolution is meet with the prosecutor at their office in Barrie and then come back on trial date to Oriilia or Penetanguishene court house (where ever is was scheduled). Orillia ...

I'm guessing, with a G2, your looking at a suspension right, due to your noviceness,
with a G, for that speed you can get a reduction

BUT that said, I'm not an expert, one of the more experienced guys will be around so hang tight

think it really depends, my insurer didnt worry too much about a no uturn ticket, I took a VERY small hit, would have been greater if it was speeding (they said)
