One of the good things about the OHTA is that the prosecutor can charge you with an unrelated offence upon plea bargain. You might get charged with a by-law infraction instead upon plea, which would have no demerit points associated with it. However, request disclosure if you haven't done so already, see what they have.

Actually, two stationary object will slowly move closer to each other due to their own gravity....... usually though, not fast enough to cause damage.

When you receive notice of the trial date, you can have some one from your family go in and request an adjournment to a later date. That's the easiest way.

The first thing is insurance companies should not offer any coverage on claims for those who get into accidents while talking on a cellular phone.
