Re: Improperly Passing a Streetcar

Another question...

What if the prosecutor gives me the "disclosure evidence" when I meet him/her just before the trial? Can I still say that I need an adjournment to review the evidence just handed to me? Or will the judge say I had plenty of time to review it in the hallway while awaiting the trial?

 ...?

Worst case, ask for an ...

That's when all the airplanes went away until recently.

Thanks for the reply.
The road was wet and I was not speeding. I had just stopped at the previous intersection with no problems and I could see the next 4 way from where I was stopped. I don't normally drive the route, I had made a stop on the way to visiting family at a corner store and was unable to get into the turning lane so I had to go ...

Re: Speeding 141 - Sep 3 court date (adjourned from June 4)

We are not allowed to give a "copy" of any part of a manual to anyone as it is a copyrighted. We have provided a manual at the court for someone to peruse thru if their so intent.

Re: Failure to update address on license ticket?

If you truly have 2 addresses then you could take the day off work and fight the ticket, and win. I don't think this would cause a rise in your rates, but I am not sure. You could call your insurance company to find out. It is not officially on your record until you pay, or it's never on your record if you beat it.
