Re: Crashed Car Into Hydro Pole

You have already done what is regularly suggested on this site, and that is to get legal council. Let them do the leg work..... I cannot comment on the outcome, but just wait and listen to what the lawyer says.... go from there and good luck.

You will need to file for disclosure, and go from there.

You will have no legal leg to stand on until you do.

Re: Dangerous Driving - Wrong address on ticket

Due to the seriousness of the charge, I would recommend getting professional help. As for the wrong address number, this is not enough to toss the charge.

Good luck with this, I hope you get a resolution quickly.

I picked this option once and mine was on a separate day, earlier then the trial. Perhaps we can get feedback from more than just me though.

Re: Stop Signs on Private Property

Any exit from a private property is to be considered a yield... nothing more.

Private property does not qualify as a highway/roadway under the HTA, which enables an officer to charge you.

Re: 51 over, speed measured via aircraft

I don't even think they would use a stopwatch when a Genesis II Select Directional radar unit has the capability of measuring speed over distance built into it. All they need in the aircraft is the remote and the display box. Set the proper distance between the marks on the highway and simply start and stop when a motor vehicle hits two of the ...

It has been mentioned before that as long as the light emitted from the lamp is white, you are ok.

I think your idea is perfectly fine, and should be an example of how to modify without being illegal.

Re: Wait time at a stop sign?

You could argue the fact that if the officer did not stop you for the alledged stop sign violation, he never would have asked for your insurance slip..... like Radar said, file for disclosure.

Re: unpaid $20,000 insurance tickets

This is very serious and you should seek council, lawyer or paralegal.

They may be able to get the total lowered for you, or depending on circumstances, get 1 or more of the charges dismissed.

Good luck.
