Summoned 10 years ago. No suspension 10 years later?
Hi,
When I was 18, I received 3 part 3's while being foolish on a motorcycle.
Im 28 now, and I've never received any notice from anyone about these. My license is in good standing order with no suspensions or anything (actually I just re-newed it not too long ago)
I've even had a few small speeding fines between then and now and have still never had a problem.
Glitch in the matrix perhaps? lol not sure if I should worry about it or not.

It is hard to say what happened, maybe the courts or the police service lost your paperwork somewhere along the way. Either way as long as MTO says your licence is valid you are probably OK on that front, and if you've been stopped for speeding since then, I'm guessing there is no warrant out for your arrest or the cops who pulled you over would have said something. So if it were me I would just let it sit unless I heard something more about it.
