Ontario Highway Traffic Act

From what I heard quite a few states have reciprocity agreements with Ontario. The question is whether they report the offences. I've heard mixed reports, especially about NY.

The way I see it is that you are charged based on the circumstances on the offense date. On one occasion, I got nailed for speeding in an area where they (are you sitting down?) raised the speed limit b/w the offense date and the trial date so I looked into it

In Winnipeg I'd be more concerned about getting shanked by a dealer/beggar/pimp than by getting run over by a soccer mom. Depends on the city.

On that tangent, what will happen to the law when self-driven vehicles based on dGPS technology come out?
