Apparently Code R on a speeding Ticket means Reduced but what about Code V?
Also if you want to plead not guilty in these Covid times what is the procedure wait or wear masks and get court date.

Apparently Code R on a speeding Ticket means Reduced but what about Code V? Also if you want to plead not guilty in these Covid times what is the procedure wait or wear masks and get court date. Thanks in advance for all your help.

Video is my guess. Cruiser equipped with in car camera system. It won't record your speed, but the visual component and following interaction. Did officer advised you were being audio / video recorded?
