tonight i got caught riding up on an umarked cop car on highway 404. got 3 tickets following too closely, 125 in 100 zone and fail to have insurance card. the insurance one im not worried about because i just didn't have my most recent card in the car. i had an expired one that just expired. any ideas what to do about the other 2 tickets?

I'd certainly talk with the Crown about a plea deal, hopefully get one or more of the charges dropped in exchange for a plea. Just FYI, having a valid insurance card now isn't really relevant in Court, since the charge is for not having it at the time of the stop.

Quick question about debris (broken taillights ect) from an accident and responsibility.
If someone hit something that broke off (not cargo), but 30 minutes after the original accident and other cars managed to avoid everything. The debris was avoidable who is responsible for damage to that car.
