Thanks. Im just waiting for the ticket as i'm worried that i might get a call saying i owe more than i should because i never got a noticed at all.

I got into an accident a month ago. No cops showed up so we went and did a report at the collision centre. Im wondering, because it's apparently my fault, when do i receive the ticket and if there's a chance i can fight it. I haven't received anything from the mail.

So my question is, if i were to present this to the collision center, will i, at anyway, be partially at fault? Will the insurance see this as me being 25% at fault or something?
