Just a funny thing I remember about my first "questionable" search.
Heading home for thanksgiving diner last year I stopped for a pee break on the 400. Upon entering my car again to leave I had an OPP cruiser pin me in from behind. He asked for my ID, asked me to get out of my car, another cruiser showed up, and finally he opened my back door and ...

My point is that this topic started of as a national statistic. 61% of children are considered obeese. All anyone has done here is beliache(sp*) about how other children are fat and how their children will never be like that.

Written statements via representitive?
I've got a court date a couple of weeks and have a slight issue. I've just got a new job and the training takes place on the same day. My friend has agreed to go in my place but I really don't want him doing anything at all.

Ok well this is what I'm seeing. Not a single person here has once had something to say other than "I'm active, and my kids sure aren't going to be lazy either." Ok well thats real nifty. I've got a story too. I didn't want to go outside and play as a kid but my mother smacked me up side the head and gave me some common sense. Not that difficult of ...

My mom was a bus driver and I helped her out a few times as a kid. Usually when a driver blows through the red lights and it's a public school bus then they'll get a bus patroller or someone to write the plate number down so it can be reported.

I've got what may be a dumb question here but I'm putting it out there any ways. Why are there speed limits (MAXIMUM) and not speed ranges. No matter where you go the speed on any given highway fluctuates. On most 400 series I'd hazard a guess of about 30 over for average highway speed on a fast day, and yet most officers will let this go if it's ...

Yes. But think of it more as a hypothetical question.
The night I was hit the cop went straight to the guy who hit me and asked for his version of events. Then right after I got a ticket.

2) I turned left in an intersection when the light turned red. (yes, I was already in the intersection when it was green.)

I had a case in Barrie that took only 10 months coming into the light and I successfully agrued an 11b. Naturally I think Barrie isn't as backed up as Toronto so that may have helped but if I were fighting a case like yours I'd jump all over that 11b arguement.
