Quick Question Regarding 141(2) Improper Right Turn
3 lanes. I turned right in the unmarked middle lane (there were at least 6 cars in front of me that did the same thing) but i got caught 
.
if i negotiate to pay the fine, but no demerit points. Will the offence show up on my abstract?

The courts have no control over demerit points. You plead guilty to offense MTO applies the points. So Yes it would show on our record.
