Ticket received Nov 8th 2011. Disclosure claimed ready dec 12 2011 - it was wrong. I filed a second request dec 13th 2011 and signed off as not receiving it initially. I received a notice of trial on Nov 22nd 2012. May I file an 11b? Should I request that my disclosure be provided again? To whom should I follow up on that disclosure? What is the best method for discussing and recording disclosure requests? Thank you.

I'm curious as to what disclosure there would be on a parking ticket? There usually aren't any notes made and everything is either printed or written on the face.
