they will most likely seek the out-of-court fine indicated on your offense notice
if this was your 2nd, 3rd .. 4th time repeating the offense, then maybe... keep in mind the fine amount is upto the Justice of Peace; if you can show exception circumstances related to your financial stability, you might even get zero fine, or something ridiculously ...

this will be at the discretion of the prosecutor, they will most likely drop the insurance ticket in exchange for a plea-deal for the speeding ticket
unfortunately the insurance ticket won't be dropped because he did have valid insurance at the time; he got the ticket because he failed to produce an insurance card which showed valid insurance ...

the new delay is without a doubt attributed to the crown; from the alleged offense to the new trial, is it longer than 11 months? if it is, you have an opportunity to use an 11b

i would highly suggest that you retake these pictures with a proper time-stamp, they might otherwise be inadmissible in court; i would also suggest including a street-sign in the background, just so that it doesn't appear you took a picture of a random intersection with pylons and a 'No Left Turn' sign

Well i believe the MLEOs and Security Guards will know how to get the vehicles towed at owner's expense; from my experience as long as there is a provincial offense notice and the vehicle is cleared by police that it isn't stolen... tow companies familiar with city/police towing will begrudgingly take it

Why not submit another disclosure, requesting for instructions on how to open the video file? This may get you another adjournment and allow you to review the video.
