On the link you provided.....there is 2 "no right turn" signs at that location. One on the same post as the stop sign and one across the street. Appears to also be a silly location for trees, why the trees were not planted 1 metre closer to the sidewalk...seems might be larger problems in the future when the trees are large, not in this direction ...

One would think it would be easier to beat. The officer in the plane has to be at the trial to give evidence. The officer on the ground cannot say "I observed you following too close" because he in fact didnt observe that. Most areas I have worked has a tow association and just ask for next tow on list. The one I am in now does not, so just get the closest tow to the location stopped, unless specific tow needed (ie: extended cab tow, CAA, heavy tow)

Right. I see nothing wrong with an officer on the day of trial going "Hmm... defendant so-and-so..." (flips through notebook, finds notes), "oh yeah."
do this all the time....and many many many professions, careers are the same way with the work and document after and if they need to know what they did on that day they look back at a log book ...
