A few questions, If i request for disclosure, wouldn't the cop know that I'm challenging him (which would upset him because i'm trying to discredit him) and he would definitly show up in court for that date?

Not sure what they teach at OPC....it was many moons ago that I was there. The interesting part is that the "Traffic Collision Report" I got on the spot (with the ticket) has quite a number of differences from the copy I got in the disclosure. That one was dated 6 months after the fact..

Sounds like waaaaayyyyy too much going on with the stop and mixmatched charges.
The section that deals with permits is HTA 7

trick question....I found a an old township name listed/designated as a bilingual area. This township is now almalgamated into a larger municipality with a different name, therefore the olde township no longer legally exists. Does the bilingual sign thing still apply?

See that more and more of that in society, parents not being parents. People not owning up to errors, refuse to accept the consequences of their actions, trying every little nook and cranny to get out of it whatever they have done wrong. People blatantly lie and deny that "their little angel" could have done that!!
