Re: How to introduce a map in court
it's the 401....it is straight, there are no sharp turns or steep hills. It would not matter anyway it is his/her description of the highway at that point in time.

Re: History of Tickets Issued [PON] at Location and Disposition
Thanks hwybear,
Good comments. I see by your reply that it would be difficulty to get information on a specific location.
Do you know of a "master database", or something similar for tickets, apart from information that resides on each drivers abstract. I'm just wondering where all of this information is retained,...or if it is?

Re: 13(2) Obstructed number plate violation - need advice
congrats,
I was just thinking of this today as I drove to Windsor and was going to dig up this post after coming home. Seemed almost every vehicle has the dealer bracket. Probably 95% are good and the other 5% were bad.
The bad ones were a little thicker on the bottom and could not determine if the letter was an E or F, 7 or Z.

Re: Minimum lead time for disclosure
Disclosure was already requested. He faxed his disclosure exactly 1 month before court date.
Ideally, we want the prosecution to be responsible for the delay (which would give us a VERY strong case for 11b). Any other advice on how to accomplish this?
How can the court be responsible if this person waits one month prior to trial to ask for ...

As for your next sticker, use some rubbing alcohol/Windex to clean the old sticker from grit and grease to make the new one stick.

Re: Highway Speeding Ticket
What I can gather from the notes (perhaps hwybear or OPS Copper can correct my mistakes):
- Patrol highway 401 westbound west of Toronto Road in lane 3.
- Observed Target Motor Vehicle (TMV) in lane 1 at high rate of speed (HRS)
- I activated rear antenna
- Observed target speed of 130 km/h, patrol speed of 106 km/h

unitl people start owing up to their mistakes (red, yellow light) violations when they actually do get caught (even by cameras) and be more cognizant of the lights ........then pedestrians not looking both ways...this saga will continue for many years to come

On the ticket it said that I broke the law..
Section 7(1)(c)(i) which I posted below...

(c) evidence of the current validation of the permit is affixed, in the prescribed manner, to,
(i) one of the number plates mentioned in subclause (b) (i) displayed on the vehicle
