Max fine for an Unauthorized Plate conviction if $1000. Likely less than that unless a history. Is there a no insurance charge possibly out there too?

For Pete's sake STOP DRIVING. I can't imagine that you haven't spent a period in Jail for this already. Here a 10th drive suspend would net you between 6months and a year in jail.

You are fine to operate a boat. Only time you wouldn't be is if you were charged with a criminal (boating) offence ie Impaired, Dangerous Boating etc and you were issued a boating prohibition.

I think its stating that its Laser Atlanta serial number 22347 I'm guessing T/D is tested device M/S is myself W/O is ? at 0610 Station, 0847 at Setup and 1215 at takedown. Looks like 3 times noted. Most of the other shortforms I can make out but a few are unknown.
You may want to ask for a deciphered interpretation of the notes.

I suspect that the interlock condition has since passed. If after your your driving prohibition expired you wished to drive in Ontario you would have needed to have the interlock installed. You can essentially opt not to drive (In Ont) for that period and it would pass.

Please do not mislead the public.
Fine then, don't believe me. I don't really care. Or better yet call Decatur themselves. They are in this town called Decatur Illinois.
Radar;
The changes I referred to were respect to manual changes, not cases. The radar has to be operated as per the manufacturers instructions/manual. And yes I agree that ...

Re: Speeding ticket caught on radar, challenge in court?
First off thats not a Canadian Manual.
Second since Jan 2010 Police don't have to estimate the speed, just observe a vehicle in excess of speed limit.
Third since Aug 2010 that entire tracking history section is removed from manual.
Fourth, don't be surprised if original 88 in 60 speed is amended in court.
Good luck.

Re: parking in fire route
I know it seems small scale to you. However you park there for a couple of minutes and the next car parks there for a couple of minutes, so on and so on. It can easily add up to someone parking there for half a day in total.
Quite honestly if I can drive around for a minute or two and find a spot to park to use the bank machine then so can you ...

Vin;
The ticket as completed is the charging document. Whatever it says, is the charge that is/was before the court. The wording on the notice you got (after it went 9.1 fail to respond conviction) likely is just a short form drop down style of selection on the computer when filling in the notice. Don't be too concerned with the exact wording used ...
