Take option 3 then try a plea before the trial. The prosocuter can ammend the charges.

As far as witnesses go, the officer came to all the conclusions on his own. He didn't use the other officers input.

And let this be a lesson to all. Most officers have a sense of humour, it's just not when you want it .......

I would think most racers, real that is, have a better sense of others intentions. I would also like to think that they would learn a little more car control, as well as avoidance techniques, the list goes on.

Request a trial and wait for the notice in the mail. In the mean time complete your full G licence and all should be good. Don't worry about first attendance. Go to court on the date on the notice. Be there early, half an hour should do. Don't go in wearing shorts and a T-shirt. Business casual should do. The ...

I would personally love to have a private track where I could push a car to it's limits. Just wondering if anyone else would like the same. Informal poll and leave out the issues with insurance.
