Was he sitting just past the top of the bridge? The Toronto Police always set up on the Adelaide Bridge, usually just east of the DVP where the ramp splits off. They also run a trap on Richmond Street just west of Parliament - catching drivers coming off the DVP into downtown. But that's beside the point.
Anyway... couple of things to get ...

Re: Seeking Advice on How to Proceed - Failure to Stop 136(1)(a)
A motion for a stay of proceedings needs to be filed (usually) 20 days or more in advance of the trial. It's probably too late for that now, but if you get your request in ASAP they may consider it. For now, take a look at this website:

Re: Drive While Under Suspension "Force Fatal Error"
Is it pretty common for the Crown to amend these errors? Name and Address?
Yes, and even if it was a part 1 certificate (which it isn't), a misspelled name and/or incorrect address is not a fatal error. Things that would be fatal errors include a MISSING name, location, offence, or date; incorrect set fine or total payable (London v. Young ...

If two cops were involved at the time of the conviction, they both have to show up to court or is one cop sufficient?
Both would have to be present.
Send another disclosure request specifically asking for the manual. Indicate that access to it is required for you to make a full answer and defence. See how they respond. If they continue to ...

Re: careless-why
Paralegal would easily discredit the witness who said you were "going a little too fast." Was the witness in another vehicle following you, or was the witness at the roadside? The officer did not witness the collision, so had to go on evidence from witnesses before deciding who to charge, and with what. And as racer said, careless driving is used ...

Re: Request vehicle licencing information on private property
I know from a personal experience from an accident on private property of a mall parking lot, that unless the owner of the property in which the offence was commited on enlists the services of the police to handle the matter, they have no jurisdiction if there is no offence commited justifying arrest of a criminal nature.

At first I was going to just plead guilty but after doing my homework and reading all these amazing sites such as this one I was amazed that EVERYTHING stays on your insurance's history.
It will stay on your record for three years, it's not permanent. Was your U-turn ticket from 3 years ago or more? Also, some insurance companies will forgive a ...

Re: Passing Stopped Cars at a Crossover
City of Toronto by-laws allow for a kid to ride a bike on the sidewalk, but they can't ride it through a crosswalk like that, it's against the HTA. The kid must dismount and walk the bike through the crosswalk, which is probably why the officer did not charge you at the time.

I mean if he caught me on radar he is suppose to send me a copy of the radar screen that he caught me on that speed, right?
Nope. There is no printout or photographic evidence that will be entered from the radar, only the officer's testimony that he got reading X from the device, so a "prove" is not required for disclosure or for court. They don ...

racer's right. A small error like that on the location is not enough to quash the ticket. If the location is missing, it's a fatal error.

What I can decipher from this... (perhaps the officers on the forum can help clarify)...
At 23:10 hours (11:10 PM local time), observed a beige Pontiac Montana in Lane 3, laser at a distance of 1100 to 227 metres recorded a speed reading of 151 km/h, Camron (possibly the name of the other officer) stopped it.
And I don't know about the rest.
