Insurance companies do not use suspensions for unpaid fines against you.

Re: Question re Suspension and Abstract
Suspension due to non-payment of fines do not affect insurance. It's administrative, not a punishment. Now if you get a ticket for driving with an suspended license, then it will affect your insurance.

You should fight it based off that. How can you stop for something you can't see? Look on Ticket Combat for advise on how to enter those pictures into evidence. Good luck!

Yo generally don't need any sort of letter authorizing you. You only need her to OK it. I have represented a number of my friends when they have got speeding tickets and parking tickets.

now that you have paid the ticket, you have to file an appeal based on error of law. there is a guide on how to do that somewhere on this site.

Tell the prosecutor you sold the car prior to this incident. If they don't withdraw the charge, bring your witness to court and tell your side to the JP. Bring the bank statement if possible. You should be found not guilty.

You may (most likely) be violating a municipal by-law. What municipality are you in?

Re: Demerit Points reduced after the fact
Short answer: no. They will be on your record for 2 years.
However, you shouldn't worry about the points unless you have so many, you're risking a license suspension. The insurance companies don't look at points.

I could be wrong, but I believe that you get your license back from the police after 3 days. The 30 day suspension you need to have it reinstated.

Your insurance will surely be canceled for the BAC Above 0 ticket. It's considered a serious ticket. For this one, it might be best to get legal representation.

well your ticket is a minor offense either way. negotiate based off fine amount not demerits (unless you have so many tickets your license will be suspended).

Re: No currently validated permit ticket (fleet vehicle)
I didn't see the part where he said the actual stickers were on the photocopy. This would mean the actual permit isn't properly validated which means the ticket is correct.

Re: No currently validated permit ticket (fleet vehicle)
A true copy (i.e. a photocopy) is acceptable. It says so right on the vehicle permit. It doesn't need to be signed (as long as the original from which it was photocopied was signed). Fight this ticket as you did nothing illegal.

Yes, but they could charge you with speeding with a part iii if they felt it necessary. even if the set fine is below 500 dollars.

Re: Made a left, got rear ended ...
Part III is not a more "severe" charge, its simply a different way of charging you. The prosecutor can't give you a ticket with a set fine like a police officer, but they can use a part III summons to require you to come to court to face charges.
