Ok, So I'm pretty sure the answer is yes to this but this topic sparked some dispute at my workplace today. Every morning when I'm driving to work on Milner, approaching McCowan, there are three lanes. A left turn, a straight through, and a right turn lane. I constantly see a TTC bus, around 7:40 A.M. every morning making a Left Turn from the straight through lane. (See attached Picture). I believe that they should be charged, as they are a vehicle on the road like us. Another co-worker believes since they work for the city, they are exempt. Another believes since other drivers are supposed to yield when the buses have the left indicator on, that they are allowed to make the turn. Just looking for feedback on the situation.

Can a TTC Bus Driver Be Ticketed?
Re: Can a TTC Bus Driver Be Ticketed?
Yes, they can be ticketed. Almost anything you do that is illegal is also illegal for bus drivers but there are exceptions, I don't believe the situation you described is one of them.
