Crossing a divided road where no proper crossing is provided
HTA s.157.1 prohibits a driver from crossing, driving through, or entering a raised median, barrier, or dividing space on a divided highway except at a designated opening or crossover, with exceptions for emergency vehicles or those acting under lawful road authority.
